How long will it take for my furniture to be delivered and fitted?

From the moment you confirm you are happy with the design and price of your bathroom, kitchen or bedroom we will order your products from our suppliers; it takes up to 2 weeks to receive bespoke and made-to-measure products. If you have your own fitter and are only looking to purchase products from us, we can often supply standard items within 1-2 working days. Please bear in mind that due to our price, quality and service, we are often in high demand so our fitting teams are booked to complete installations many weeks ahead; we can usually confirm a fitting date that suits you within around 4-8 weeks from the date you confirm your order. However, during the busier periods of Easter, the summer holidays and Christmas, this may be up to 12 weeks. We will advise you of fitting date availability at the start of our discussions with you.

What are the warranty periods on products and fitting?

Our products come with a minimum of 12 months manufacturer’s warranty, with some as long as 20 years. Fitting is guaranteed for 12 months. We only work with manufacturers whose products are both affordable and of a high quality and with fitters who are skilled and careful when installing your fitted furniture; we therefore rarely have reason to refer back to a manufacturer or our fitters. On the rare occasion where customers have experienced issues we will liaise with you and the manufacturer or fitter to ensure a speedy and satisfactory resolution.

Do you offer a fitting only service?

No, we only fit and install products we supply as we can be assured of the quality of the product. The only exception is when we recommend a customer purchases products directly from retailers we have partnerships with (e.g. flooring or tiles).

What is the payment process?

We ask for a small deposit of £200 to secure your order and fitting dates, and then full payment of the products on delivery. Fitting costs are paid directly to the fitters after installation is complete

Do you offer finance options?

We do not offer finance options. We accept payment by cash, cheque or bank transfer.

When you confirm your order you will receive a printed copy of our terms and conditions of sale, contract and order. These clearly set out your rights and our responsibilities to you.
