England’s Second Lockdown – a message for our customers

Willenhall Bathrooms and Kitchens has been in the heart of Willenhall for over 15 years now and during this time we have installed hundreds of products in homes across Willenhall, Walsall, Bilston, Darlaston and Wolverhampton (read our 5* reviews here). We’ve been there for you and as we enter a new phase of lockdown, we will continue to be there; proud to serve our customers and support the NHS by adhering to the COVID-19 measures.

As we provide essential services in homes we are able to continue to fit bathrooms and kitchens throughout the lockdown and keep our showroom open so that you can access the products that you need. Customer and staff safety continues to be our top priority and we have very comprehensive Covid safety measures in place. So, to ensure your safety and that of our staff, we will not be seeing customers in our showroom and ask that you call to arrange a telephone discussion. 

The showroom will be open for our suppliers to deliver products and for customers to collect any products that have been pre-ordered. Please do not be offended if we do not allow you into the showroom, but we all need to work collectively to ensure that we beat this virus, remain safe and return to normality as soon as possible.

I wish to finish with two sincere notes of thanks: the first is to our amazing showroom staff (Elaine & Lisa), our suppliers, fitters, plumbers and electricians. Their resilience and commitment to our communities during this incredibly challenging time continues to amaze me and I cannot thank them enough. The second is to you, our customers. We have been there for you, and you have been there for us. Thank you for your loyalty; for continuing to return to us and for the kindness that you show us.
